戸籍等の証明書を郵送で請求する際の発行手数料をキャッシュレス決済で納付するための手続きです。 郵便で送る申請書に、この手続きの最後に発行される８桁の申込番号を記載してください。 This procedure is for paying issuance fees for family register certificates and other related documents via cashless payment when requesting them by mail. Please include the 8-digit application number generated at the end of this process on the application form sent by mail.

１．申請書は郵送で送っていただく必要があります。電子メールによる申請書の受付は行っていません。 　The application forms must be sent by mail. We do not accept applications via e-mail. ２．ご利用される場合は、申請者の氏名やメールアドレス等の登録が必要となります。 　To use this service, you will need to register information such as the applicant's name and email address. ３．支払方法は、クレジットカード決済（VISA、Mastercard、JCB、AMEX、Diners）に限り使用できます。なお、カードの有効期限切れなどにより、クレジットカード決済でお支払いができない場合、ゆうちょ銀行が発行している「定額小為替」を郵送いただく必要がありますので、ご注意ください。 　The payment method is limited to credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners). Please note that if payment cannot be completed via credit card due to card expiration or other reasons, you will need to send a "Fixed-amount Postal Money Order" issued by Japan Post Bank.

【申請者①】本手続きにより８桁の「申込番号」を取得。 【applicant①】Obtain an 8-digit "Application Number" through the procedure.　 　 ↓ 【申請者②】申請書に①で取得した8桁の「申込番号」を含む必要事項を記載。 【applicant②】Fill out the application form with the required information, including the 8-digit "application number" obtained in step①. 　↓ 【申請者③】申請書および本人確認書類の写し等を那覇市ハイサイ市民課へ郵送。 【applicant③】Mail the application form and copies of identification documents, etc. to the Naha City Haisai Citizens Division. 　↓ 【那覇市①】申請書が到着したあと書類の審査を行い、内容に不備が無ければ「お支払いについて」メールを送信。 【Naha City①】After the application form is received, the documents are reviewed, and if there are no deficiencies, an e-mail titled "The Payment Information"will be sent. 　↓ 【申請者④】那覇市オンライン申請システムへログインし、マイページからキャッシュレス決済を行う。 【applicant④】Log in to the Naha City Online Application System and make a cashless payment from your My Page. 　↓ 【那覇市②】納付を確認後、返送先の住所に証明書を発送。 【Naha City②】After confirming the payment, the certificate will be sent to the return address.
